We are a family butchers selling quality well-matured meat from local farms wherever possible. We make our own award-winning sausage, home-cooked pies & meats, but also sell fruit, veg, eggs, cheese, sauces, powders and much more!
Andy Ringrose grew up farming and butchering with his father Alf.
When Alf retired Andy set up the Broughton shop in 1992…
Wife Sarah joined Ringrose Butchers as a partner around 1995…
Ray also joined us around this time – he now cooks all of our ready-to-eat products, including our pies and our famous Chicken Nuggets…
We have won a few awards since 1992!
Sons Adam and Matt have joined the business along with Matt’s partner Hettie.
Today our team still uses many of Alf’s methods to handmake a variety of craft meat, both fresh and ready-to-eat, for Broughton Astley and beyond. Follow us on facebook – our average review is five stars and we post new value packs most weeks.
